Well done Mr. Lalu. My questions and suggestions:

Will any one, out of 90 students, from IIMA join Indian Railways in order to help Mr. Lalu and his team to sustain the turnaround achievements? I am very much doubtful whether any one will be interested because IIM brands are mostly meant for MNEs ( IIMs brand for whom?)
Since Mr. Lalu now has got good experience of Indian railwys and he is every well exposed to cost management practices there, will Dr. Man Mohan Singh shift Mr. Lalu to Ministry of Civil Aviation because India Airlines and Air India really need a quick turnaround? Who knows the luck of Mr. Lalu and his "Jaadu ki Jhadee" may act as a boon in disguise for airlines industry.

There is a saying that music increases productivity in industries, same way the rustic humour of Lalu may increase the productivity of Air India and Indian Airlines employees who are really so booring for the airlines passengers.
