Discussion about problems of investment in Bihar is genuine. The reasons are also pretty clear. People are pretty used to with old style of doing things slow, partly because they are more process-oriented rather than result-oriented and partly because they do not know how to enjoy the beauty of taking responsibility, making things and breaking barriers. But it would not take much to get across these mind-barriers. We just need to struggle for some time. And things are going to change.
