Investing in Bihar and aspecting to get something in return is a thing which is next to impossible.There were some friends of mine in Bihar.After completing their Engineering  and after being in job for a certain  period of time they all decided to do something for their home state utilising their experience & their hard earned money.But they were shocked on knowing this that they are not getting any sort of support from the state govt.No. of times they faced the situation when their bid were not allowed to be participated for not offering the bribe to the senior officials of the concerned dept.
