Agenda of the Meeting

a.    Successful DISHA Events : pros and cons
b.    Demand of NISC-IISER in Bihar
c.    Development of BB Scholastic Center : Release of E-Version of Manthan

Following are the main excerpts from the meeting held at Korea on the above mentioned agenda of the meeting

a. DISHA Event:

1. DISHA was very successful programme organized by DISHA Team but there was lack of solid planning and we have to learn from the drawbacks for future events.
   
2. Members should have sent more and timely contribution for such event.
   
3. From next events, coordinators should take responsibility of immediate need for the event.
   
4. All coordinators should be active members of BB, who can understand the financial status of BB.
   
5. Coordinators should strictly follow the guidelines and instructions of Chairman and coordinate with the BB office and local members.
   
6. From the next mega event, there will be two coordinators team: one of BB group members and other BB local members' team. Group member team will take care of the financial management and give suggestions to the local members.

c. BB Scholastic Center:  Release Of  E- version of MANTHAN

Internet version of Manthan is already sent for uploading on the following websites:

Members are requested to purchase/subscribe the magazine on the following rate
Rs 30 : in India
USD 5: For BB Members abroad
USD 3: For Non BB members in abroad

The money obtained from "Manthan" will be used for the "Development of Scholastic Center".
The marketing Survey for the Manthan is temporarily held up due to some unforeseen circustances.
BB next Project is the development of Scholastic center as self dependent. We need approximately Rs, 100,000 for the basic requirements such as PCs with multimedia and internet facilities, telephone, printer, fax, photocopy machine and furniture's etc.
           Members and donors are requested to come forward and contribute yourself  
           for the noble cause.
