The list also mentioned four Divisional Commissioners, including of Patna division.
While Ravindra Kumar will be the new Patna Commissioner, the others are Rajesh Gupta (Munger), Atul Prasad (Saran) and A B Prasad (Bhagalpur), the sources said.
Chief Secretary G S Kang and Home Secretary H C Sirohi, who were appointed to the key posts during President's Rule, have not been touched.
Today's reshuffle comes two days after transfer of 37 IPS and 19 IAS officers, including District Magistrates of 10 districts besides SPs of 17 districts. Sixty-nine Deputy Superintendents of Police were also transferred on Wednesday.
