MUZAFFARPUR: Bihar's bureaucracy on Wednesday came under fire from governor Buta Singh, who vent his anger over the poor condition of roads after he had to take a tractor to visit a flood-hit village in Muzaffarpur district.
``No bureaucrat is working sincerely for the development of Bihar and so you see no roads existing here,'' said Singh. He was to visit Janarh village in flood-hit Aurai block.
