a. To start E-Magazine: On the completion of one year of the existence of BB, Mr Bibhuti informed the members that we should start E-Magazine and Newsletter on this date as we discussed before But we don't have enough time..
Members argued that we can not expect much article from the first issue ..Therefore we can go ahead with less no of articles for the first issue..

Following members have committed to send article on info@biharbrains.org  within 15 days

b. Samir mishra on software
c. Dhirendra kumar on Internet
d. Abul farah  on Bio technology
e. Ghufran alam on mamnagement/economics

f. Sahkeel ahmad ( history of BB) iN ENGLISH (as assigned))
G. Rajeev ranjan SAME in Hindi(as assined)

We expect some articles from other members from patna., Dr. BKS will be be given article collection from Patna/Bihar

Other members can also send their article in any of the topic except politics and jokes..on

a. On printing of magazine: All members discussed on this issue and decide that minimum 10 copies must be printed for the patna scholastic center and magazine can be released on oct 4 ,2005 inthe ceromony at patna if we get resource center space by patna university
b. Dr. (Prof) J thakur,Ex VC patna University and Now HOD PG Phy will write  Foreword for E-Magazine as Mr. Bibhuti already talked to him..
We may talk with Dr. Rajmani sinha,VC mithi;a Univ and KK Srivastava/amalendu narayan sinha for the same..

c. Editorial Board formed:
   We tentatively formed Editorial board consisting following members
     1. Bibhuti bikramaditya:
     2. abul farah
     3. Shabi hashmi
     4. Dr. BK sharma
     5. Dr. SP verma
     6. Alok jha
     7.suvir kumar

     Mr. Bibhuti will be chief editor and monitoring all activities..
     Abul farah and shabi hasmi will go through the articles from abroad whereas Dr. BKS and SP Verma will examine article from Patna/Bihar..

   We need more interested person for this team..
Any interested person can write mail on the group mail for editing articles..

d. Layout Design for E-Magazine: This work will be accomplished by Mr. Rajesh kumar , our bangkok member and mind behind Biharscoop .. He is graphic design engineer by profession...

e. Request for suggestion on Newsletter: we could not discuss on newsletter due to unavailability of time..
Member are requested to give sugestion on this issue...
Mr. Abul farah will gather information from members and will give final content of the newsletter..

f, BB resource center can be started at patna university on oct 4,2005 if we get confirmation from the university..
