My successful Trip to India

In the month of oct,2004 ,I started the organization called Bihar Brains on yahoo groups with specific objectives, goal and mission to unite educated people of Bihar ,held many meetings in different parts of India and abroad that gains momentum and support from across the world.

Recently I visited India and carried out following assigned works during my short trip

1. BiharBrains Scholastic center inauguration:

Held in front of more than 100 distinguish guest
chief guest : VC,Patna univ, Dr. J.Thakur
inauguration by: VC,Mithila univ,Dr. Rajmani Pd. Sinha
warm presence of : Sri Amalendu Narayan Sinha, ex-editor,Hindustan times

in the inaugural function, Sri Vijay Sinha, facon de parlor with his
team were present and debate on "setting standards in education in
bihar" were held.. three best were awarded

2. VLSI Orintation program : 5 days orientation program held at
science college "center of advanced studies" physics dept.. And we
awarded certificates .to 15 students of NIT/RPSIT/MAULANA AZAD ENGG
COLLEGE/MIT, MUZAFFARPUR, PATNA SCIENCE COLLEGE.

3.NGO Formation: we decided to go with only members from Bihar to
avoid signature problem.. we signed and paper will go to the advocate
within 1-2 days..
Joint account will be opened for money transaction till the NGO
registered..in the name of
A. Dr. BK SHARMA: President
B. Sri Gopichand Prasad: Gen secy (ret) socialwelfare dept)
C. Sri Vijay Sharan, Treasurer....working as an employee

4.Press Conference Called: before the inaugural function in which
VC,Patna univ and amalendu narayan sinha,ex-editor hindustan
times ,HOD Electrical ,NIT with BKS along with me were present at
hotel rajasthan...........many media person, hindustan, aaj,sahara
tv,came for the conference and give coverage of the news
5. Coupon scheme started : for the fund raising :we decided at our
delh meet....

GRE/GMAT/TOEFL resource person : we are in the process for that.
BiharBrains career counseling center at patna: On the proposal

from Patna university Physics dept , we held talk with VC for the
career counselling center cum scholastic center at patna
university,, VC of the Patna university , Dr. J. thakur gave his
confirmation for the same... I do hope ,within a month or two we
will have our center at patna university where we keep Nature and
other indian internationla journals with all setups..
8. Student wing of BB at NIT,PATNA AND OTHER Engg and science
colleges/arts colleges:
we set up student wing of nit FIrst . Mr. Nitin kumar is our
representative from NIT .. he is going to organise meeting at NIT
for selection of co-representative from 3 Yr/4th yr ..
gradually we are moving towards science college/womens college and
other colleges in Patna ...
9. Technical team at Patna : To start technical research projects
and creating work environment in patna we called meeting of
interested person for the same and some of the prof have been given
ok signal for making team for the projects...
a. Dr. BK Sharma: Micro electronics,NIT Ptana
b. Dr. amarendra narayan: Electronics hard ware projetcts, Science
college,patna ; 2 projects assigned.. he will form the team of
students..
c. Sri KC Roy: RP SIT,PATNA: He will work on his ideas project and
form the team..
d. Dr. SP Verma , HOD Phy, Science college: Development of KIT for
the physics basic laws...

10. MY Village school Plan: under BB individual sponsorship plan ,
we are making one model school in my village .. for this , I am
giving all financial assistance to the school...
Uptill now we provided
a.    6 desk bench to the school(Middle school,Janipur) for class 6 incured around Rs 4100-
b.    one sweeper Rs 100/- per month
c.    Tirpal(shade) for the kitchen (meal for the student) :yet to be provided
d.    Scholarships to the two needy students pf primary school (Rs 100/- per month to each)
e.    In Dec/Jan School will organize function cultural programs/ganit daud /essay competition/debate competition on the visit of BB Members on the occasion of Fishery program in the village..
In the my short trip of 20 days, we successfully managed to execute above mentioned works assigned by group.
I give my sincere thanks to all team members /moderators and
representative who give all support to us..for the successful
completion of the works/projects we assigned.. .........
