PMC employee shot at
PATNA: Some unidentified miscreants shot at the Patna Municipal Corporation sanitary inspector, Mohammad Ali Rahman, in Chowk Shikarpur under Chowk police station in Patna City on Friday morning.

The bullet pierced through the right chest of Rahman who was rushed to PMCH in a critical condition. According to Rahman's son, Ghulam Shabir Asharafi, the former had no enemy and it remains a mystery as to why was he shot at and by whom.
Rahman is posted as sanitary inspector in ward number 47 of PMC where he has been assigned the civic work in Jamani Rai Ka Kuan locality, his son said. The police are on the look out for the miscreants who had shot at Rahman.
