on sept 25, 2005 We , the member of BiharBrains hold meeting at seoul on the following agenda:

a. One year completion and implementation of BB Plans..
b. Articles for the E-Magazine
c. BB scholastic center future activies..

After long discussion , we concluded MOM
MOM described as under:

1) E-Magazine

- Regarding E-Magazine,even though we have not received very
enthusiastic response from the members, we hope that the first
step taken will go a long way in making a better magazine in
future.

- The layout of the magazine has been designed by our bangkok
member, Mr. Rajesh Kumar. We thank him for his valuable
contribution.All the articles will be sent to Mr. Rajesh
and he will format it.

2) Newsletter

- For monthly publication, we propose a newsletter on a monthly
basis which will include few articles and news regarding our
progress.

- Mr. Abul Farah will send his format of the newsletter shortly.

3) Scholastic center

- We should contact the Agriculture department of Patna University
for some inputs on the feasibility of agro based industry.

- We congratulate Mr. Rishu Kumar for starting the 3D Modeling
programme which got huge response from the student community.

- The certificates will be awarded by the BB society.We
congratulate Mr. Pradeep Jha for becoming student co-ordinator
on NIT, Patna and starting workshop on 2nd october.

- The concluding session of the workshop will be followed by the
BB 1st anniversary function at the same place. Dr. B.K.Sharma
should take initiative and call NIT Director, present and
former VC of PU for the our magazine release,.
