DANAPUR: With academic activities returning to normal in most colleges in and around the state capital after a prolonged strike of the non-teaching employees, the colleges are busy finalising admission procedure particularly with regard to Intermediate courses.
A large number of students have been waiting for admission to Intermediate courses since July this year. The first admission list announced by the College of Commerce cleared the names of about 200 applicants.
The college will, however, hold admission tests for BCA, Bio-Technology and Office Secretariat courses on September 7,8, and 9 respectively.
A N College, on its part, had accepted admission forms for Intermediate courses till August 31. It is likely to announce the first list for admission on September 10.
