Education : B.Com plus ICWA or C.A.
Age : prefer within 30-32 years
Experience : should be currently working in a similar capacity.
MANAGER : must have experience in credits and collections of atleast 6 years
ASST. MGR : Must have atleast 3 years of experience in credits and collections.
Primary Responsibilites: Credits control and debt management & allied functions. Training & development of team members
Others: Very good communication skills
Strong leadership competency
Dynamic and Outgoing
Remuneration : MANAGER : upto Rs. 35000/- per month
ASST. MGR: upto Rs. 25000 per month depending on the candidate's background and profile
