PATNA: Patna division commissioner Ravindra Pawar on Saturday held a high-level meeting to discuss the elaborate traffic and security arrangements to be made for Swami Ramdev's yoga camp, which is to commence here from March 19 at Gandhi Maidan. The yoga camp will conclude on March 25.
The DM and Senior SP of Patna attended the meeting along with others. Divya Yoga Sadhana Samiti president Rampal Agrawal Nutan said Speaker of the state legislative assembly Uday Narayan Chaudhary and chairman of the state legislative council Jabir Hussain have arranged for an address by Swami Ramdev at the council auditorium here at 11 am on March 21.
Swami Ramdev will arrive here by a flight on March 18. A "shobhayatra" of cars and two-wheelers carrying people will be organised for taking him from the Patna airport to Gandhi Maidan. The procession will pass through Bailey Road, Fraser Road and Exhibition Road.
Nutan said those who want to join the "shobhayatra" of Swami Ramdev, should give their membership particulars and the registration numbers of their vehicles at the Divya Yoga Sadhana Samiti office, 201, Abhishek Plaza, Fraser Road, Patna.
