As per discussion with the Minister Science and Technology in a team of delegation led by Bibhuti Bikramaditya(chairman,BiharBrains) for the demand of NISC/IISER in Bihar,Dr.Anil Kumar suggested to organise seminar on the development perspectives of Bihar and invite NRIs of Bihar, CEOs ,Academicians to know about all the prospects and also to know measures for luring NRIs and CEOs to invest in Bihar.

In creating work environment and making good environment of investors, this seminar may be one good and positive step.
Please give ur opinion whether we,BiharBrains should organise this seminar in association with Dept of Science and Technology,Govt of Bihar in the month of Nov,06.
