"People have become fed up with the empty promises being made by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar almost every day. There is no law and order worth the name in Bihar," he alleged.
"Whatever development works being carried out in the state are only because of the Railways which is in the process of implementing projects worth over Rs 15000 crore here," he said.
On the allegations that the Railway minister Lalu Prasad was playing a key role in the UPA for an amicable resolution to the stand-off with the Left parties over the nuclear deal, Khan said "Laluji is doing the job assigned by the people who want to keep the communal and fascist forces at the bay."
