Among the politicians facing serious criminal charges who have been included in the list are: RJD MP Pappu Yadav, LJP MP Surajbhan, JD(U) MLAs Sunil Pandey and Munna Shukla, LJP MLA Rama Singh, Independent MLA Dhumal Singh, RJD MLAs Surendra Yadav and Bablu Dev, former MLA Rajen Tiwary and crime lords Ashok Mahto, Ranvir Yadav.
According to sources, Prabhunath Singh, the highprofile JD(U) MP from Maharajganj, also figures in the list. At present, the MP is facing trial in an abduction and murder case. Trial in the case is being monitored by the High Court following allegations that the MP's henchmen had kidnapped a crucial witness. Singh also faces a host of other criminal charges.
Though trial in almost all the cases involving these politicians are going on, there have been frequent reports of the accused using their might to delay them.
"Yes, we have reports that the accused are putting roadblocks in the court's proceedings. We are monitoring these cases, and I assure you that nobody will be spared," said Amanullah.
