MISUSE OF DOWRY ACT
Sarita kumari a handicapped girl had married with a person (PAWAN KUMAR SHANDILYA) by commiting fraudge. the girl shown during negotiation period had been changed during marraige ceremony. when pawan refuses to leave with girl unsocial elements tortured him. when he fills that socialy there is no solution to solve the situation he filed a petition for nullyfying the marraige u/s 12 of hindu marriage act. the girl and her family still not appear in court. in between the girl and girls family manages the police of ahiyapur thana and filed a FIR u/s 498 A and sent pawan & his family to jail.

At present pawan & his family is on bail. Now the girl and his family send the unsocial element to pawan's home and workplace and try to damage the social Prestige & threaten that withdraw the matrimonial case.
the girl has many defirmities which is given below
- the girl has a boneless foot.
- she suffered for heart desease for which she had undergone through a major bypass (open heart) Surgery.
- she has also a mark on upper limb of plastic surgery and her three front teeth are artificial.
- the major factor is that pawan is unable to consume marraige life with that girl due to her internal physical problem.
At last pawan sent this post with the hope that this attracts the administration & other social welfare organisation.
