My suggestion is plz dont invest in such type of industries in which you should have in contact with more govt. offices and officers.

Although Bihar Govt. is trying for best and CM and his team is also good but the mentality of officers in government department has not yet changed. So you will find many problems over there regarding.
since last one and half year I am going through all the parts of Bihar in search of places and opportunities for investment in Bihar.

It is a debatable question and cannot have a concrete answer. In a broder prospective it is difficult to answer. It totally depend on many factors like purpose of investment, area, field, time, amount of investment and many more.

Bihar in itself is too big and require a huge investment in all sectors. So again elaborate your question and narrow down its domain.

Despite writing disappointing words about Bihar Government officials, It will be very injustice to Mr. Nitish kumar and his Senior Officials if I don¡¦t mention about all their effort for my help.

There are some senior Government officials who are trying their best but the attitude of officers below them is terrible. For one signature or approval you will have to spend 3 to 4 months.  There are various reasons for this kind of attitude of officials. Most important factor is they lack of knowledge. They have never got the exposure. World has moved ahead and they lagged behind.

I am looking for investment for about 2 crores in Bihar for a startup project in Food Processing.
